I’ve dedicated my career to the fitness industry, training clients in premier one-on-one and group settings since 2011. After my own fitness journey, losing over 60lbs and finding the joy in pushing my own mental and physical limits to achieve my goals, I set out to share the same feeling with others.
For me, living a fit and healthy lifestyle doesn’t just mean going to the gym - but also being able to do the things we love with those who are most important to us.
